German Language Online Courses Reimbursement for Doctoral Students

+++ The below information refers specifically to the winter semester 2025-26. It has not been determined yet whether there will be a similar offer in the future. ++++

Please note:

• You are eligible for a partial reimbursement of your course fee if you fulfill all of the following requirements:
  1. You are enrolled at Heidelberg University as a doctoral student by the end of the course.
  2. You complete your course obtaining a certificate of regular attendance ("regelmäßige Teilnahme"), i.e. you have missed no more than 6 classes.
  3. You have not received and will not receive any other external funding for your course fee.
  4. You have sent all required documents (reimbursement request form, certificate of attendance, proof of payment) by March 1st 2026 to:

• The reimbursement is expected to cover up to € 180.00 per person.
